The only track with words by somebody else: James Taylor, of course,
from his masterly 1988 album Never Die Young.
As the liner notes say, I wanted to try and make the song 'fit'
me. It's very conversational, so - because I don't do it in an American
accent - I've very slightly tweaked the lyric in two (and only two)
places: "They sure enjoyed their stay" becomes "They
did enjoy..." and "I figure..." becomes "I think".

And a belated word of thanks here to Janet Wheeler. The producer
of Singing Together and Music Workshop, two BBC Schools radio programmes
I presented with Sophie Aldred in the 90's, Janet is - quite rightly,
and in the nicest possible way - a stickler for accurate singing,
never my long suit as you've probably spotted.
So for this track, I persuaded her come into the studio and shout
at me until I got it right, or as nearly right as I ever can. It
is therefore solely thanks to Janet Wheeler that this, the final
track on the album, is also the only song with No Wrong Notes.
